This is a hybrid sales advisor position where you'll be responsible to take full ownership of the entire sales process from setting to closing. For our Sales Advisors, this mission means acting as the first mentor in the journey. You listen deeply, assess the producer's current work and goals, clarify what's actually holding them back (usually production fundamentals, not just "the mix"), and illuminate the straightest path forward. You enroll only when the fit is real and the return is clear, protecting our culture of seriousness and coachability. Integrity over pressure, outcomes over volume.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Advisor who will be the driving force behind our growth and expansion. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for closing deals and creating a pipeline of opportunities that will propel our company to unparalleled heights.
THIS POSITION IS 100% COMMISSION if you desire a base salary in order to feel secure in your sales role, this is not the opportunity for you. We are looking for true sales people that love having the ability to control how much they make.
Responsibilities
● Must take a minimum of 5 set consultations per day
● You must prospect and generate your own set appointments when necessary to ensure you achieve your weekly goals
● Conduct engaging and persuasive sales conversations to understand client needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
● Manage the entire sales cycle: from setting the call to closing the deal.
● Meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving sales performance and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities.
● Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.

REQUIRED: Previous experience in a sales role (consultative sales or closing experience preferred).

REQUIRED: Electronic Music Production experience of minimum 2 years
● Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects through compelling messaging.
● Ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse variety of individuals.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different client needs and objections.
● Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
● Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and activities.
