Cardinal Kia, part of the Northern Roads Auto Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle & Internet Manager to lead our pre-owned sales and digital marketing operations. This is a dynamic, high-impact role suited for someone who combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of online sales, lead management, and used vehicle operations.
What you'll do:
- Manage all aspects of the Used Vehicle Department, including appraisals, inventory management, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising.
- Oversee online leads from all digital sources (website, third-party platforms, and social media), ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote both new and pre-owned inventory.
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Service teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate vehicle listings and photos across all digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure a competitive and profitable inventory mix.
- Train and support the sales team in handling internet leads and CRM processes.
- Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and lead response time goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management or a team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle operations, appraisals, and market valuation tools (e.g., vAuto, TradeRev, Carfax).
- PBS experience is an asset.
- Proven success in managing internet leads and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of online marketing, listings management, and digital advertising.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract.
