Cardinal Kia, part of the Northern Roads Auto Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle & Internet Manager to lead our pre-owned sales and digital marketing operations. This is a dynamic, high-impact role suited for someone who combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of online sales, lead management, and used vehicle operations.

What you'll do:

• Manage all aspects of the Used Vehicle Department, including appraisals, inventory management, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising.
• Oversee online leads from all digital sources (website, third-party platforms, and social media), ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote both new and pre-owned inventory.
• Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Service teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate vehicle listings and photos across all digital platforms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure a competitive and profitable inventory mix.
• Train and support the sales team in handling internet leads and CRM processes.
• Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and lead response time goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management or a team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle operations, appraisals, and market valuation tools (e.g., vAuto, TradeRev, Carfax).
• PBS experience is an asset.
• Proven success in managing internet leads and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of online marketing, listings management, and digital advertising.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract.
