At JCS Logistics Inc we are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials from our location in Woodstock, then stopping and unloading at our terminals in Fredericton and Moncton. Then returning to Woodstock. Shift starts at 6pm and typically finishes around 2-4am depending on volumes.

Duties

- Transport freight from origin to destination in a safe and timely manner

- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before and after trips

- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving

- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions

- Report defects, accidents, or violations

Qualifications

- 3 years Commercial driving experience

- Ability to operate heavy equipment

- Proficiency in automotive repair is beneficial

- Forklift operation skills are advantageous

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
