Le défi

Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) d'usine expérimenté(e) pour piloter les opérations quotidiennes et structurer notre organisation. L'équipe actuelle a mené avec succès la phase critique de conception et de démarrage de l'usine. Le prochain défi : intégrer un leader chevronné capable de superviser les équipes, d'implanter des processus de gestion reconnus et de stabiliser les opérations tout en soutenant notre croissance continue.

Votre rôle

Directement rattaché(e) au président, vous serez le bras droit stratégique et opérationnel, garant de la structuration des opérations et de l'optimisation des pratiques internes. Vous contribuerez à transformer la vision et la stratégie des actionnaires en résultats concrets.

Responsabilités principales

Gestion des ressources humaines

  • Encadrer, former et développer les employés de production;
  • Déployer de bonnes pratiques RH favorisant la mobilisation, la responsabilisation et la performance;
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires actuels dans leur développement;
  • Établir les méthodes de travail et l'évaluation des employés afin d'ouvrir un 2e et 3e quart de travail.

Gestion des opérations

  • Superviser et optimiser la production tout en garantissant qualité, efficacité et respect des standards;
  • Implémenter des processus d'amélioration continue;
  • Superviser le contrôle qualité avec l'appui de l'équipe existante;
  • Coordonner approvisionnements et ventes pour établir les calendriers de production.

Approvisionnement et finances

  • Structurer les relations fournisseurs avec des ententes moyen et long terme;
  • Mettre en place un système ERP et un tableau de bord pour le suivi financier;
  • Participer aux négociations stratégiques avec clients et fournisseurs.

Développement d'affaires

  • Transformer des ventes ponctuelles en contrats récurrents et durables;
  • Contribuer à une stratégie de croissance stable et prévisible;
  • Supporter la R&D pour le développement de nouveaux produits et segments de marché.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative en gestion d'usine ou centre de production;
  • Leadership humain solide et capacité à mobiliser des équipes;
  • Expertise dans l'implantation de processus structurés et d'outils de gestion avec indicateurs de performance (KPI);
  • Compétences en négociation et gestion financière;
  • Vision stratégique tout en restant opérationnel au quotidien;
  • Orientation résultats et aptitude à bâtir sur le long terme (partenariats durables, ventes récurrentes).
