Hannah's Cheesecake Delights is a growing home-based bakery serving the Ottawa and GTA region. We are known for our delightful cheesecake bites offering a variety of unique flavours. Home-made cheesecake treats handmade with care. Looking for a creative, motivated student to help grow our online presence and showcase the heart of our bakery through engaging content.

Job Summary

We're seeking a student who can take the lead on content creation, marketing, and social media posting across our platforms. If you love creativity, aesthetics, and sweets, this is the perfect role for you

Duties

  • Edit photo and video content of baked goods, behind-the-scenes moments, specials, and events
  • Edit and prepare content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Plan and schedule posts to maintain consistent social media activity
  • Track engagement insights and recommend improvements
  • Preferably living within Ottawa region
  • (Approx. 3–5 hours per week, depending on content calendar and posting schedule)

Requirements

  • Currently a High School or College student
  • Strong interest in social media, photography/videography, and creative marketing
  • Ability to plan and organize content
  • Familiarity with photo and video editing apps is a bonus
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Proximity to Ottawa will be considered an asset

Compensation

The successful applicant will have their choice of compensation. Options include:

  • $5-$7 per post, depending on complexity of the post/ad
  • Community service hours for students who need them
