In this role, you'll work closely with the Aviation Procurement Specialist and connect with teams across the province, including regional fire centres and airtanker operations. We're a supportive, fun, and hard-working group that values diverse experiences and perspectives, and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and grow.The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for providing aviation logistics and administrative support for the Provincial Aviation Team at the Provincial Wildfire Coordination Centre (PWCC) as well as support to the 6 Regional Fire Centres. You will work on finalizing Standing Arrangements with over 120 suppliers, receiving and processing invoices for a variety of aviation services, data entry, creating and updating documents used provincially, as well as functioning as the rostered Provincial Aviation Logistics Officer (PALO) during fire season.
