Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused door-to door B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote our IT services and application solutions, The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and general knowledge of IT environments (Microsoft 365 , Could technology, cybersecurity ) to effectively address client needs and drive sales growth.
Duties
- Engage with prospective to sell IT services and applications. Sale of each service or application comes with a bonus on top of the basic pay of 1-2% for every 10 basic package sold and 3-5% for every 3 applications sold
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools and ensure follow-up on sales opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the IT or technology sector preferred
- Familiarity with support tools like Trello, Jira
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Technical certifications or training in IT (e.g., Microsoft certifications) are a plus
