Our established dental clinic located in Scarborough, ON is seeking for a dedicated Dental Assistant on a part-time or full-time (including Saturdays) basis .The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dental team with various procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.

  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

  • Stay updated on new dental technologies and techniques to enhance patient care.

Experience

  • Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
