About You:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our patients and ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your Role Includes:

• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
• Coordinating and explaining treatment plans to patients in a compassionate, clear manner
• Building trust and strong relationships with our patients
• Managing patient appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules
• Answering patient questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience every time
• Present treatment plans and work out financial agreements
• Complete all predeterminations for major work and follow up with patients
• Schedule and maintain a steady schedule for the providers in the clinic
• Achieve monthly / annual production targets
• Participate in morning huddles with the team
• Experience with AbelDent is an asset
