Altis Strategies helps mid-market construction and industrial companies ($10M-$50M) build operational maturity without the chaos. We're a boutique consultancy specializing in ERP readiness, process design, and operational transformation. We're in a growth phase and building our first team.

The Role

We're hiring our first team member—an Operations Coordinator who will be the operational backbone of our growing firm. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founder, touch every part of the business, and help build systems from the ground up.

You'll own:


• Client Operations (40%): Onboarding new clients, managing contracts and invoicing, scheduling project activities, coordinating deliverable production


• Marketing Support (30%): Creating case studies and content, managing LinkedIn presence, supporting proposal development, coordinating events/webinars


• Project Coordination (20%): Tracking project status, updating CRM and project management tools, coordinating with contractors, ensuring deadlines met


• Business Operations (10%): General administrative support, file organization, process documentation, tool management

**What We're Looking For

Must-haves:**


• 1-3 years experience in operations, project coordination, or consulting support


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong written and verbal communication (you'll interact with clients)


• Experience with AI tools, CRMs, and project management software


• Self-starter who can figure things out and take initiative


• Based in or willing to relocate to Edmonton (weekly in-person meetings required)

Nice-to-haves:


• Background in construction, engineering, or professional services


• Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar business tools


• Marketing or content creation experience


• Business or operations degree
