We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Barber. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients grooming and confidence through your expertise in hair care and styling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and offering professional recommendations.
• Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive retail sales.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty to provide clients with innovative options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry is essential.
• Experience in retail sales is an advantage, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
