We are expanding our production team and looking for a Night Shift - Print Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality products, this is your opportunity.

Night Shift Print Operator

Overview of role and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Print Operation:

Operate and monitor high-speed digital, ensuring optimal production output according to job specifications.

Job Setup:

Prepare and configure printing equipment, including loading substrates, adjusting ink levels, and ensuring the correct settings for each print job.

Production Management:

Organize and prioritize print jobs to meet production deadlines, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks on printed materials, ensuring accuracy in color, alignment, and overall image quality.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issues that arise during the print process, ensuring minimal interruptions to production.

Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on printing machines, ensuring operational reliability and longevity.

Supply Management:

Monitor ink, paper, and other consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating with procurement as necessary.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. STEEL TOES ARE REQUIRED

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $20 - $25/hour, based on experience and skill level.
  • Primary Hours: Sunday - Thursday 3pm-12am
  • Traning Hours (2-3 Months): Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Overtime Available – Paid at 1.5x for extra hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in large format roll-to-roll printing is a requirement.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specifications.
  • Physical stamina – ability to stand, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible schedule – must be available for overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
