Nextgen Systems Canada is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service by making follow-up calls, collecting feedback, and encouraging 5-star ratings, while also supporting our day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for service follow-up, feedback collection, and 5-star review requests.
- Assist clients via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, requests, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with both office and field staff.
- Maintain polite and professional communication across all channels.
· Other Office Administrative duties
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage difficult situations calmly.
- Proficiency with computers, data entry, and office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
