Located in the heart of Downtown London, just steps from parking and public transit, The London Club offers a professional and supportive work environment, flexible hours, and the chance to work with an energetic and passionate culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present banquet dishes to the highest standards
- Assist with menu execution for weddings, corporate events, and member functions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Banquet Sous Chef to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with prep and other duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a banquet or high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a cohesive team
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for culinary excellence
