About the Role

We're looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, client-facing role where you'll help individuals and families find tailored insurance solutions, manage policies, and build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Advise clients on home, condo, tenant, auto, and travel insurance policies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Provide personalized quotes and recommend coverage options.
  • Review and update existing policies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Deliver exceptional service for client inquiries, billing, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with your team to foster a positive and high-performance branch culture.

What We're Looking For

  • BC General Insurance Level 2 License (required).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and brokerage management systems.
  • Bonus: Professional designations like CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM.
