Position Overview

As a Video Production Assistant, you'll support our production team in all stages of video creation — from pre-production and on-set coordination to post-production organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing video shoots, equipment, and production schedules.
  • Support camera and lighting setup on location and in studio.
  • Coordinate with clients, crew, and talent during filming days.
  • Manage footage, file transfers, and production paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative and creative support to the production team.

Qualifications

  • Interest in video production, media, or film (experience a plus but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software — a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
