THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Key Account Manager – Quebec will play a critical role in driving Temple's growth, profitability, and market leadership across grocery, convenience, independents, and food service channels.
As the commercial owner for Quebec, you'll lead key customer relationships, drive forecasting accuracy, and deliver executional excellence through strong collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This is a role for a growth-minded sales professional who thrives on accountability, creativity, and building long-term value for both Temple and its partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
Account Management & Growth
- Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, brokers, and food service partners across Quebec.
- Lead joint business planning and negotiations to deliver profitable growth and sustainable partnerships.
- Drive new business development across underpenetrated channels.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of listings, promotions, and merchandising programs.
Insights & Market Performance
- Analyze POS, Nielsen, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable sales and promotional strategies.
- Track and report on key metrics including ACV, velocity, ROI, and forecast accuracy.
- Provide market feedback to influence innovation, assortment, and go-to-market planning.
Commercial & Forecast Ownership
- Own the Quebec sales forecast, ensuring accuracy across volume, revenue, and trade spend.
- Deliver on sales, distribution, and profitability targets while optimizing trade budgets for ROI.
- Lead monthly forecast and demand planning reviews with Finance and Supply Chain.
- Identify and act on risks or opportunities to close performance gaps.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, key account management, or business development in beverages, food, or CPG.
- Proven success managing distributors, brokers, and major retail accounts across multiple channels.
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and negotiation skills with proficiency in POS and syndicated data tools.
- Bilingual (French & English) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative style, and passion for better-for-you brands.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (~20%).

LE RÔLE
Relevant directement du Directeur des ventes, le Gestionnaire de comptes clés – Québec jouera un rôle déterminant dans la croissance, la rentabilité et le leadership de Temple sur les marchés de l'épicerie, du commerce de proximité, des détaillants indépendants et du service alimentaire.
En tant que responsable commercial du territoire québécois, vous dirigerez les relations stratégiques avec les clients, assurerez la précision des prévisions et veillerez à une exécution exemplaire en collaboration étroite avec les équipes du marketing, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des finances. Ce poste s'adresse à un professionnel des ventes axé sur la croissance, motivé par la responsabilité, la créativité et la création de valeur durable pour Temple et ses partenaires.
VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Gestion et développement des comptes
- Développer et renforcer les relations avec les détaillants, distributeurs, courtiers et partenaires du service alimentaire à travers le Québec.
- Diriger la planification d'affaires conjointe et les négociations afin d'assurer une croissance rentable et des partenariats durables.
- Identifier et saisir de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires dans les canaux sous-développés.
- Collaborer de manière transversale pour assurer une exécution impeccable des listes de produits, promotions et programmes de marchandisage.
Analyse et performance du marché
- Analyser les données POS, Nielsen et clients pour identifier les tendances, les risques et les leviers de croissance.
- Transformer les analyses en stratégies commerciales et promotionnelles concrètes.
- Suivre et présenter les indicateurs clés : ACV, vélocité, retour sur investissement et précision des prévisions.
- Fournir une rétroaction terrain afin d'influencer l'innovation, l'assortiment et les plans de mise en marché.
Responsabilité commerciale et prévisionnelle
- Être responsable des prévisions de ventes du Québec, en assurant leur exactitude pour les volumes, revenus et dépenses commerciales.
- Atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de distribution et de rentabilité tout en optimisant les budgets promotionnels selon le ROI.
- Diriger les revues mensuelles de prévisions et de planification de la demande avec les finances et la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Identifier et corriger les écarts de performance, tout en anticipant les occasions de croissance.
VOTRE PROFIL
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience progressive en ventes, gestion de comptes clés ou développement des affaires dans le secteur des boissons, de l'alimentation ou des produits de grande consommation (CPG).
- Succès démontré dans la gestion de distributeurs, courtiers et grands comptes à travers divers canaux.
- Solides compétences en prévision, analyse et négociation, avec maîtrise des outils de données POS et syndiquées.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), excellentes aptitudes de communication et de développement de relations.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, approche collaborative et passion pour les marques mieux-être.
- Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour voyager (environ 20 %).
