Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Duties

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations utilizing Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
  • Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal structure and performance with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, including tracking progress through SDLC phases.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Create detailed reports and documentation using Visio, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) scripting as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Assist in database design and optimization to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like R and Python for data analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and analytics techniques.
  • Ability to work with various data sources including VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio for documentation purposes.
  • Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
