Greenlight Personal Training   

is hiring a location Lead Trainer, to join our flagship studio location in south east Oakville, Ontario.  This position will ensure seamless and efficient operations across all processes and procedures to help Greenlight gain a foothold in the market.

Initial Job duties:

  • Perform on-site new lead consultations using the Greenlight sales processes
  • Implement and control organic lead nurture using Greenlight backend system
  • Perform new client intake assessments and program design
  • Perform client accountability calls
  • Perform in studio client training sessions
  • Perform all client retention tasks
  • Other admin duties including membership creation, and KPI reporting

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional settings with 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business and/or sales role
  • Growth mindset
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue
  • Hire, direct and train staff as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Financial management experience
  • 4-year college degree required, or equivalent experience
