Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to build trust with clients.
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and sales transactions.
- Handle cash transactions securely and efficiently, adhering to dealership policies.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background as a mechanic is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven sales ability with experience in upselling automotive services or products.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
