Endy is a Canadian e-commerce company that sells sleep products online. Founded in 2015, Endy primarily operates as an online storefront, with their main headquarters in Toronto and is one of Canada's largest direct online-only mattress stores. The brand's mission - to help all Canadians get a better night's sleep - extends beyond its customers. In 2018, Endy was acquired by Sleep Country Canada and with thousands of 5-star customer reviews, Endy has continued to build a brand based on customer obsession and product innovation.

Casper Canada has a full portfolio of obsessively engineered sleep products – including mattresses, pillows, bedding, and furniture. In addition to its e-commerce business, Casper Canada has 6 Sleep Shops across the country and its products are available at a growing list of retailers. The newest addition to Sleep Country Canada's industry leading sleep brands, Casper Canada is continuing to grow its fantastic brand across the country.

Bringing these two sleep and wellness retailers in a powerful new concept to service our amazing customers

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through our doors
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, e and store housekeeping
• Follow up with customers through clienteling and e-mail correspondence
• Maintain the visual integrity of the space
• Create and process in-store sales
• Process and receive inventory replenishments
• Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product in order to constantly improve the customer experience
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Represent the Sleep Country, Endy and Casper Canada brands with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person
• Must understand and appreciate experiential retail
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Eager to be at the frontline of fast-paced and growing brands
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems (both)
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Self-starter; entrepreneurial disposition
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
