E-Commerce Production & Sales Coordinator

Location: Port Coquitlam, BC (near Costco)

Compensation: $22/hour + 1% commission on all sales processed through the company's account

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM (In-person)

About Us:

We're a small, creative children's clothing brand based in Vancouver, designing sustainable apparel for outdoorsy families. We're seeking a motivated hands-on, creative individual to join our team and help grow our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Drive retail and wholesale sales — manage accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Oversee and coordinate production timelines
  • Support new product design and sampling
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of fabrics and products
  • Track and maintain sample inventory for photoshoots and marketing
  • Update the Shopify website with new launches, product info, and visuals
  • Create and edit visual content for Instagram Reels, posts, and Stories on a daily basis
  • Photograph and film products
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and influencers for inspiration
  • Assist in product launches and seasonal/capsule collections
  • Suggest and help execute creative campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships
  • Help plan and prep for pop-up shops or events
  • Perform quality control on inbound and outbound stock
  • Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document workflows
  • Monitor website analytics and social media engagement, and suggest improvements
  • Work closely with the founder on branding, design, and storytelling projects
  • Use creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut to produce visuals

What You Bring

  • Strong creative eye and design sense
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut
  • Knowledge of photography, videography, or social media content creation
  • Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce platforms (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for sustainable fashion, kids' clothing, and small brand growth
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and wearing many hats
