Director-Global Mobility Tax

Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with Partners to co-create service offerings and implement client service strategies. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and develop a series of meaningful recommendations. Develop perspectives on key global trends and their impact on the business and our clients. Proven success and solid experience in expatriate taxation; knowledge of personal income tax in Canada and the US is essential. Minimum of 10 years in the industry. Strong customer service skills and experience in client facing roles. US professional accounting designation, such as CPA or Enrolled Agent, or willingness to obtain one. Knowledge of payroll and equity compensation. Demonstrated business development skills and enthusiasm to contribute to Vialto's continued growth and success. An interest in improving digital and technology skills, learning new tools and adapting the way you work. A commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams. Proven track record in managing multiple assignments, clients and employees. Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and a proactive attitude.
