You'll be responsible for the full execution of staging projects — from selecting and transporting inventory, to arranging furniture, styling rooms, and making every space look market-ready. While having a keen eye for style is important, this role is centered around execution, organization, and logistics, not just design ideas or creative concepts. We need someone with proven staging experience, not an interior design student or someone looking to pivot into a design career. This is a physically demanding job, and being comfortable with moving furniture, lifting decor items, and working efficiently under tight timelines is essential. • Medical Plan Responsibilities: Plan and Execute Home Staging Projects
• Assess the property and determine staging needs based on layout, style, and target buyer demographics.
• Collaborate with team members or lead stagers to create cohesive staging plans. Furniture and Décor Selection
• Choose appropriate furniture, art, lighting, rugs, and accessories from inventory to suit the space and enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure all selections align with the staging plan and appeal to potential buyers. Inventory Management
• Pull, organize, and track inventory for each project.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse and assist with loading/unloading items before and after stagings. Hands-On Setup and Styling
• Transport furniture and décor to and from properties.
• Physically move, position, and style furniture and décor items on-site.
• Adjust lighting, hang artwork, and arrange accessories to create a clean, appealing look. Logistics Coordination
• Manage staging timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Communicate with team members, moving staff, and real estate agents or homeowners as needed. Property Resets and Destaging
• Return to properties post-sale to remove staging items efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all inventory is returned, accounted for, and in good condition. Maintain Clean, Safe Work Environments
• Keep staging areas tidy and damage-free during setup and teardown.
• Follow safety protocols when lifting and moving items. Collaborate and Problem Solve
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot space or style challenges on-site.

• Represent the company positively with clients, agents, and homeowners.

• Shows the ability to quickly finish very detailed work.
• Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities.
• Valid BC driver's license.
