Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas.
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes is a plus.
  • Experience using POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
