Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support for customers interested in technology products.
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that merchandising displays are well-stocked and appealing.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and reporting low inventory levels.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are necessary to thrive in this role.
