Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
  • Support HR documentation, onboarding, and employment contract preparation

  • Collaborate with recruiters and managers on hiring initiatives across North America
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed

Profile Sought

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French)

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms
