Description du poste

UPS is the world's largest courier company. We are currently looking to fill a permanent Part-time Warehouse Clerk position. UPS offers competitive wages benefits pension plan employee stock purchasing plans and promotion from within opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scanning barcodes on packages as they travel down the belts
  • Auditing packages pulling paperwork confirming proper documentation is with the package for customs and running various report.
  • Scanning documentation and using UPS computer and scanning systems.
  • Able to type 40WPM and strong computer skills.
  • Working in a warehouse environment – hot and cold.
  • Able to lift up to 70lbs. unassisted.
  • Working Monday to Friday start time between 1:00am (shifts are 3-5 hours in length 5 shifts a week).

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Key entry speed of a minimum of 7000 characters per hour.
  • Accuracy with a maximum of 2% mistakes.
  • Knowledge of OPSYS system - Preferred

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: PT Permanent/Hourly- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Starting Pay: $17.75
  • Job Location: 5325 RHODES DRIVE WINDSOR, ON N8N 2M1
  • Workdays: Monday – Fridays (5 Days/ Week)
  • Shift Time: 6 am - 12 pm
  • Flexibility is required as you may need to start earlier or stay later at times
