Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON, for the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will manage quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quality audits, executing quality control checks, implementing quality management systems, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles and practices.
- Experience in Quality Management and implementing Quality Auditing processes.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role is advantageous.
