Vos responsabilités en quelques mots
Superviser la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels - Soutenir les initiatives de contrôle interne - Offrir un accompagnement stratégique aux contrôleurs locaux et internationaux - Assurer la conformité fiscale et superviser la planification avec les consultants externes - Participer activement aux processus de consolidation financière et de reddition de comptes - Implémenter et faire respecter les politiques et procédures financières de l'organisation - Coordonner les vérifications fiscales et les audits de fin d'année - Analyser et valider l'exactitude des rapports financiers des entités manufacturières - Encadrer l'équipe financière de Montréal et coacher les contrôleurs des filiales - Collaborer étroitement avec le VP Finance et les autres fonctions clés telles que l'audit interne, les achats et le costing - Disponibilité à voyager entre 2 et 4 fois par an à l'international

Vos Atouts pour ce poste

  • Detenir le titre CPA
  • Expérience minimale de 7 ans dans un rôle similaire en milieu manufacturier
  • Connaissance des normes NCECF et de la fiscalité canadienne
  • Expérience en consolidation financière multisite ou internationale
  • Expérience en cabinet comptable (atout)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et capacité d'apprentissage rapide
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et rigueur professionnelle
  • Leadership reconnu et compétences en supervision d'équipe
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et de façon autonome
  • Aisance dans un environnement entrepreneurial et en croissance
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais requis
