We are searching for a Sales Professional (Pre-open / Lease-up) to join our Parkland Ancaster team based in Ancaster, Ontario. This role is a Temporary Full-Time (1 year contract).

About the Opportunity
We're growing and looking for an experienced, dynamic real estate sales professional to help us welcome over 200 new residents to our vibrant community.
At Parkland, success is more than numbers — it's the connections you build and the lives you enrich. The successful candidate will focus on Griffin Hall, our newest addition featuring 152 premium suites and exceptional amenities including a fitness studio, pool, hot tub, activity centre, and elegant lounge spaces.
Set on a breathtaking 11-acre campus, Parkland Ancaster offers everything residents need to live fully — all in one place.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of the full sales cycle for Griffin Hall — from first inquiry to move-in.Build lasting relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the exciting decision to join the Parkland Ancaster community.Bring energy and creativity to your work as you execute marketing and sales strategies that grow awareness, referrals, and occupancy.Collaborate with your team and corporate marketing to design and deliver campaigns that keep your pipeline strong.Get involved in local outreach and community events that connect people to our brand and generate new leads through key referral partners.Drive results by meeting and exceeding key performance goals that reflect your success.Travel to referral partners and homes of prospective residents required.About You
You're a proven sales professional with demonstrated results selling luxury real estate. Confident, ambitious, and polished, you thrive in collaborative, high-performing environments. You know that great sales come from great relationships, and you love the challenge of finding creative ways to move things forward. Driven by results, you're motivated by success—and the rewards that come with it.
In addition, you bring:
A successful track record in premium or luxury real estate sales such as condominiums.Strong knowledge of within the Ancaster / Hamilton area along with strong networks of professional contacts, groups and associations catering to seniors who live independently.Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management software (Yardi is an asset)A valid Class G Driver's License, with a reliable personal vehicle.Previous experience working with older adults in a seniors' independent living environment is considered a bonus.About Us
