EventCaptain 

REPORTS TO: Event Manager / Event Coordinator 

ROLE: Assistant to Event Manager and Event Coordinator, third in command in the department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff. 

MEASUREMENT:  

Attitude  

Ability to give guests a fantastic and memorable experience  

Knowledge of standards  

Ability to coach standards in a positive manner  

Teamwork  

Ability to bring passion, creativity, and a desire to have fun to work  

Is fully trained on the Event Manager's role and responsibilities  

Able to take on the Event Manager's role due to illness or vacation  

Understands and practices all booking procedures  

Fully understands and follows all sales procedures
