The Opportunity:

• Act as a trusted advisor for Indigenous employees, offering guidance, mentorship, and advocacy throughout their employment journey.
• Support the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning to partner with HR and organizational leaders to design individualized talent development and training plans for Indigenous employees.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to attract, recruit and retain Indigenous candidates across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of CSFS' Indigenous employment and engagement strategy.
• Strengthen relationships with Indigenous communities, post-secondary institutions, and organizations to create sustainable talent pipelines.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• Post Secondary Diploma in Human Resource Management or Marketing.
• Career Development Practitioner certificate or training in Career Counselling an asset.
• 5+ years' experience in a human resources or administrative role.
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or significant progress towards obtaining is an asset.
• Registered Professional Recruiter Designation an asset.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
