Job Summary

Computer Enhancement Corp. is a Canadian distributor of servers, networking equipment, and computer hardware solutions supporting business customers across Canada. We are looking for an energetic and confident Inside Sales / Cold Caller to be the first point of contact with prospective customers.

In this role, you'll connect with businesses by phone to introduce our hardware solutions, learn about their needs, and set the stage for deeper sales conversations with our senior sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, are naturally curious, and take pride in being organized and consistent, this is a great opportunity to build a foundation in B2B technology sales.

Key Accountabilities & Contributions

  • Make outbound calls to a defined list of business prospects to introduce Computer Enhancement Corp. and our hardware solutions.
  • Qualify leads by asking thoughtful discovery questions about current infrastructure, refresh cycles, and purchasing processes.
  • Clearly and professionally communicate the value of our servers, storage, networking equipment, PCs, notebooks, and components.
  • Book qualified follow-up calls and appointments for senior sales and account managers.
  • Send follow-up emails, basic quotes, and information as required.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, qualified opportunities, and appointments booked.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and positive prospect experience.

Technical & Experience Requirements

  • Basic understanding of PCs, servers, networking equipment, laptops, and components (training will be provided).
  • Comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic office software.
  • Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is an asset but not required.

Salary

Base salary and eligible for commission. Salary is between $38,000 and $45,000 annually.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
