Responsibilities

• Report directly to a USC (US & Canada) M&M Manager and be accountable for project management and delivery.
• Collaborate with the global Metals and Mining Industry Team to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies, bringing global best practices to the USC market and clients
• Work in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, maintaining and expanding relationships in alignment with the account team
• Participate in and contribute to internal and external industry networks with the aim of developing new business.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a management consulting firm and/or hands-on experience in the Metals and Mining industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability practice lines
• More than 4 years of experience in delivering growth and key services in transforming companies in the Metals and Mining Industry
• Strong communication skills at the Consultant level, with the ability to effectively drive business development, solution development, and high-quality delivery of key services
• Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team
• An entrepreneurial spirit, results-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment

Working Experience:

• Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including strategy development, operational roadmaps, integration into business units and functions, and support in implementation
• Strong understanding of and familiarity with dss+ methodologies would be a plus
• A proven track record in management consulting and individual business development success
• Knowledge and experience in the Metals and Mining Industry
• Sound technical and business/commercial acumen

Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields
• The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience
• More than 4 years of professional experience in management consulting
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude to collaborate within fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; other languages will be a plus
