What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Build and configure custom PCs for clients
  • Provide technical support for residential and commercial customers
  • Create work orders and check in customers for repairs
  • Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their specific needs
  • Assist with inventory, purchasing, receiving, and record-keeping
  • Keep workflows organized and ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks
  • Maintain tools and a clean work environment to remain efficient

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in computer repair, technical support, or IT services
  • Relevant certifications a plus (A+, N+, MCP, ACMT)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to all customers
