About Us
Crossroads North Medical Clinic is an addiction & mental health clinic in the Guelph/KW area, in the town of Fergus. The doctor and the medical team support patients through their recovery, with most addictions involving opioids, alcohol or stimulants.
About the Role
The Clinic Intern role is very multi-faceted in nature; it includes helping manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient intakes, drug screens, managing patient records, liaising between pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, managing communications, and managing inventory. The current Clinic Director and Office Manager will provide all necessary training and provide ongoing support for the incoming Intern.
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare (nursing, public health, pre-med etc.) and direct experience working with patients.
- Strong leadership qualities are a must. This position involves consistent work with patients and strong communication skills.
- New university grads are welcomed to apply.
