Regional Warehouse Operations Manager
to lead warehouse and transportation operations, drive strategic initiatives, and cultivate employee engagement across the team.

Role Scope:
Lead and oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and service standards
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and development to Assistant Managers and their teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and time approvals aligned with operational demands and forecasted volumes
Partner with People Services and Support teams to implement training programs and standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and audit readiness standards (including COR, GDP, MTO)
Oversee operational budget management, financial performance review, and implement corrective actions to meet targets
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as delivery accuracy, inventory control, and customer service metrics
Maintain oversight of equipment and fleet management, including documentation and repair coordination
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and transportation operations management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead multi-disciplinary teams
Strong operational knowledge covering logistics, inventory management, and delivery systems
Proficient in workforce scheduling and time management systems
Solid understanding of health, safety, compliance standards, and audit requirements
Financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling operational costs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and organizational levels
Skilled in KPI analysis and operational reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Previous experience in alcohol and tobacco distribution is beneficial, providing valuable insight into the regulatory compliance and operational complexities unique to these sectors
