Job Overview:

Vivo Green Calgary Shuttle is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Assist customers with shuttle booking, modification, cancellation.

- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

- Process customer payments and update account information

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions

Skills:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills

- Strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers

- Excellent analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred

- Bilingual skills are highly desirable

- Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail

- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills
