Palettes is known for its luxury paper — wrapping, wallpaper, and beyond — celebrated for transforming everyday moments into beautiful expressions of design. This November, we're bringing our world to the 
One of a Kind Show
, and we're looking for an energetic, design-minded assistant to join us on the floor.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the founder to bring the Palettes experience to life — engaging with customers, styling the booth, and helping keep everything running smoothly throughout the show. This is a 
temporary, high-energy position
perfect for someone who loves art, design, and the buzz of a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with sales, customer interaction, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Helping move and organize inventory (some light to moderate lifting required)
  • Supporting booth setup and presentation
  • Managing the booth independently at times
  • Attending one-three paid training sessions (virtual) before the show

    retail or event experience
     and a natural knack for connecting with people
  • You're organized, upbeat, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • You're comfortable taking initiative and representing a premium brand
  • You bring 
    positive energy
     and a hands-on attitude — this show is a marathon of creativity

Bonus:
 You have an eye for social media and storytelling — if there's a spark, this role could extend into content creation or ongoing brand support.
