Role Overview

We are seeking a
highly skilled User Experience (UX/UI) Designer
to join our distributed product team. This full-time
remote role
involves working on a
complex multi-platform ecosystem
— designing intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user experiences that integrate seamlessly with our
web and mobile applications
.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to shape user journeys, craft polished interfaces, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    user interfaces and interactions
    that enhance usability across Lobon's apps and web platforms.
  • Conduct
    user research and testing
    to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Apply
    Design Thinking principles
    to define, prototype, and iterate on user flows.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure
    design fidelity and technical feasibility
    .
  • Use
    data-driven insights and feedback loops
    to refine and optimize user experiences.
  • Maintain
    brand and design consistency
    across all visual outputs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    UX/UI Design
    for complex, multi-functional web or mobile applications.
  • Strong skills in
    Design Thinking, User Research, and Prototyping
    .
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Experience in
    transportation, logistics, or technology sectors
    is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
    .
