- Sell parts and accessories suited to customer and technician needs.
- Receive and ship incoming and outgoing parts orders.
- Answer incoming phone calls and internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Pick and prepare daily parts required by technicians.
- Respond punctually to service and sales estimates and inquiries.
- Communicate parts information and status updates with other departments.
- Complete local parts deliveries daily.
- Maintain and organize the parts department to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
- 3+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry (Toyota experience preferred).
- High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle components.
- Ability to multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift parts and accessories weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with Xtime, Infostream, and PBS is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
