What You'll Be Doing:
  • Sell parts and accessories suited to customer and technician needs.
  • Receive and ship incoming and outgoing parts orders.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and internet leads promptly and professionally.
  • Pick and prepare daily parts required by technicians.
  • Respond punctually to service and sales estimates and inquiries.
  • Communicate parts information and status updates with other departments.
  • Complete local parts deliveries daily.
  • Maintain and organize the parts department to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry (Toyota experience preferred).
  • High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle components.
  • Ability to multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift parts and accessories weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with Xtime, Infostream, and PBS is an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
