Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, great communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in B2B sales environments. Fluency in French is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to serve diverse markets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business development efforts and expand our market presence.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new client opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals that meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach.
- Present product and service solutions tailored to client requirements, emphasizing technical features when necessary.
- Utilize marketing tools and techniques to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Leverage CRM platforms such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and analyzing sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities through analysis skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for serving diverse clients.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support business growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, understanding complex product features, and conveying value propositions clearly.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics effectively. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a significant impact through strategic selling and relationship building within a collaborative team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $55,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
