What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and other initiatives as needed
- Handle offboarding and exit interviews
- Assist with recruitment and employee events
- Manage HRIS, payroll changes, and employment letters, and administrative duties
- Support benefits and RRSP enrollment
- Maintain policies and ensure compliance
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years HR experience + related degree/diploma
- Outgoing person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Integrity, discretion, and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS software with BambooHR experience is a plus
- Construction industry experience is an asset
