What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and other initiatives as needed
  • Handle offboarding and exit interviews
  • Assist with recruitment and employee events
  • Manage HRIS, payroll changes, and employment letters, and administrative duties
  • Support benefits and RRSP enrollment
  • Maintain policies and ensure compliance

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years HR experience + related degree/diploma
  • Outgoing person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Integrity, discretion, and a proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS software with BambooHR experience is a plus
  • Construction industry experience is an asset
