Role Overview:

As a co-founder, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to establish and execute our vision for the organization. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including business development, client acquisition, team building, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets and verticals.
• Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account managers.
• Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to enhance our market presence.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company's long-term vision and goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in building and scaling a business, preferably in the executive search or talent acquisition industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• Prior experience as a co-founder or senior executive in a startup or high-growth company is highly desirable.

Compensation Structure:

Investment Requirement:

• Minimum personal investment of $50,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing based on the firm's success.
