Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paralegal based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Paralegal will assist in legal documentation processes, conduct legal research, prepare and review legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. While most tasks will be performed onsite, some work-from-home flexibility is permitted.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong skills in Research and Document Review
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in a legal or financial services environment is an asset
  • Certification or diploma in Paralegal Studies or a related field
