MPE is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team in our Saskatoon office, as a successful candidate you will be required to travel as you will be working with all our offices within Western Canada.

Your Contribution:
Your main responsibilities
- Provide standard IT support to staff both on-premises and remotely;
- Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement, asset tracking, preparation, and inventory;
- Support server and cloud systems;
- Respond in timely manner to services issues and requests;
- Assist with regional IT coverage and occasional travel.
Your Profile:
What makes you unique
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Administration;
- 2 years working experience in IT support or help desk roles;
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts;
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, asset management, and remote support tools;
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MS-900/AZ-900 are considered assets;
- Familiarity with Autodesk products and cloud platforms is a plus.
