Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator will oversee and maintain Bunch's fleet of trucks, vans, heavy equipment, and other vehicles. This is a new role and the description will evolve over time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing fleet vehicles
  • Ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company's fleet.
  • Collaborates with various departments and staff to manage and reduce expenses.
  • Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
  • Drafts and presents reports to Financial Controller
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with fleet coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to access and navigate gravel parking lot.
  • Must be able and willing report to employer's premises – no hybrid or remote work
