Senior Commercial Account Executive

We're looking for a Senior Commercial Account Executive to join our fast-growing IT Reseller team at MainMicro. If you're a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, especially with contacts developed over the course of your career, we'd love to hear from you We're looking for individuals who can drive revenue, pursue new opportunities, and lead complex deals across mid-to-large enterprises.

What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a high-value book of business, leveraging your experience to drive strategic opportunities
- Lead the entire sales cycle from targeted outreach and solution consultation and closing
- Build deep relationships with key IT decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and Procurement Leads
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to drive mutual success
- Leverage Salesforce to track activity, analyze data, and forecast accurately
- Mentor junior reps and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and strategy
- Over 5 years in B2B sales in an IT reseller
- Expertise in managing long sales cycles
- Self-starter mentality with the discipline to work autonomously and the drive to exceed targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and IT manufacturers
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and cloud-based solution selling
- Prior success in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment
- Base salary from 70K - 80K
- The on-target earnings (including commission) in year 1 range from: 100K to 175K.

- Maintenir un pipeline solide afin de dépasser les objectifs mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires fournisseurs pour favoriser le succès commun
- Utiliser Salesforce pour suivre vos activités, analyser les données et prévoir avec précision
- Encadrer les représentants juniors et partager vos connaissances au sein de l'équipe
- 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en ventes B2B dans le domaine du revendeur TI
- Expertise dans la gestion de cycles de vente longs
- Esprit d'initiative avec la discipline nécessaire pour travailler de façon autonome et la motivation pour surpasser les objectifs
- Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et présentation
- Maîtrise de Salesforce ou d'un outil CRM similaire
- Expérience avec les partenaires de canaux, les distributeurs et les fabricants TI
- Connaissance de la vente de matériel, de logiciels et de solutions infonuagiques
- Succès démontré dans un environnement de vente en forte croissance et au rythme rapide
