Role:

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, performing essential warehouse functions including receiving, order picking, shipping, stocking, merchandising showroom, cycle counts, and returns processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Handle and process incoming shipments following company standards.

  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

  • Prepare credits and RMA forms accurately and timely.

  • Ensure the warehouse is adequately stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively.

  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager for report generation.

Requirements:

  • Shipping knowledge required (Creation of waybills using courier portal or websites, scheduling pickups with various Carriers (International and Domestic), International shipping (TDG, B13 creation, CARM & CERS)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in diverse situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word / Excel)

  • Strong "Attention to detail" and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to staying updated on product knowledge.
